Step 1. Choose an application Method.
As a Preferred Internet Customer a number of options are available to you including;
> Secure Online Application Services. This option will entitle you to receive our highest priority underwriting protocols along with preferred interest rates and closing cost discounts. > Loan-By-Phone Services. Simply call our main switchboard at 800.609.2007. You will then be connected to our fully automated application system. (Note; this option will also entitle you to receive our Preferred Customer interest rates and other Internet Specials.)
> Traditional In-Office Application. Our staff would be delighted to set an appointment to meet with you in our offices and take your application during a formal Loan-Interview-Process.
> Apply By Fax or Mail. Alternatively, you can download your application from our website and fax it to us at 925.226.3172 or mail it to us at: Pacific Mortgage Group. Attention; Preferred Customer Processing Department. 110 Wales Ct, Danville CA 94506.
> Licensed and Bonded Courier Service. Many of our clients appreciate the convenience and security of forwarding their loan application and other loan documents via our licensed and fully bonded couriers. This time saving service is available free of charge to all Pacific Mortgage Group clients. Our courier staff is available to pick up loan related documents from your home, or office between the hours of 7am and 5pm. Monday thru Friday.
Step 2. Gather required Income & Asset Documentation.
> If you are a Salaried Employee, please provide the following; Last two consecutive years of W-2 statements and your most recent pay-stub.
> If you are Self Employed, please provide the following; Last two consecutive years of tax returns, (with all schedules) and a year-to-date profit and loss statement.
> All borrowers; Provide last two months of financial account statements including; Checking, Savings, 401k and other investment or stock accounts as notated on your application (Kindly include all pages for each account).
> All borrowers; Provide a copy of divorce decree (If applicable).
> All borrowers; Provide a copy of your current first mortgage payment-coupon (please also include a payment-coupon for your 2nd. mortgage, if applicable).
Step 3. Review and Sign Standard-Federal-Disclosures.
There are four pages of Standard-Federal-Disclosures which are required in all loan packages. These simple, consumer friendly documents have been issued by Federal Banking Regulatory Commissions to inform the general public of their rights regarding; The Fair Credit reporting act, Loan Servicing Transfer, Appraisal Disclosure, Borrowers Signature Authorization and other important topics. Step 4. Forward your Loan Application and Documentation.
Once you have completed the steps listed above, you will be ready to forward the information package to us for processing and formal underwriting approval. Forwarding options include:
> Dispatching our Licensed and Fully Bonded Courier Service to your home or office to pick up the documents and return them to our underwriting department.
> Setting a Loan Interview Appointment at our offices.

Step 5. Full Underwriting Approval.
Once we have received your completed loan application, income & asset documentation and signed Federal-Disclosures, our underwriting staff will promptly begin the evaluation of your loan request. The underwriter may issue a full loan approval at this point, or may request additional information to assist in the approval process. Once your loan is fully approved, final closing documents will be prepared and an appointment will be made for you to sign the closing documents at the assigned title company.
Our courteous and professional loan specialists will guide you through the approval and closing process every step of the way. You will also have up to the minute access to your loan 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our Loan Status Network.
